With the new lifestyle that has come with coronavirus and participating in social distancing, so have new eating and exercising habits. Because of being at home constantly, I have been more motivated to get up and work out. I usually go outside everyday I can as well as doing indoor workouts. I have also been inspired to try and make new foods.

When I get up, I usually go outside and do some basketball workouts. Some of these include timed 600 dribble combo drills and other ball handling work. I also make sure to shoot 200 jump shots each day and make 60%. After I do my basketball workout, which usually takes about 40 minutes, I do a guided workout. Usually I

do an outdoor ab workout online, but sometimes I do that later in the day in my room. Quarantine has really pushed me to work on staying active.

As for food, I have been experimenting with new things and actually prepping meals. This week I got up for breakfast and made things like French toast and cinnamon rolls. Some days I went for a healthier option like avocado toast and fruit. For lunch I made chicken wraps with fresh chicken. Most nights after dinner, I go on a drive to get my daily sweet tea or slushie which is an unhealthy aspect of quarantine. Being bored and stuck in the house makes me more prone to go out for a treat and break from quarantine for a little bit.

In conclusion, quarantine has changed my day to day lifestyle including my diet and physical activity. It has motivated me to be healthier in some ways while being a disadvantage to my health in others.
